Your Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 10 days after you have ordered the goods or you have received the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). Please note that this policy has some limitations which are detailed below.

You do not have the right to cancel the order if you have found the same goods cheaper elsewhere. Pumpsdirect2u terms and conditions apply as all order that are processed are final.

To exercise your right of cancellation this MUST be made in writing to us with 10 days of receipt of your goods, email, phone call, Skype, txt, Facebook, twitter or any other social media outlet will not be accepted or allowed. Failure to let Pumpsdirect2u know within the 10 days period will allow your returns policy to become null and void therefore Pumpsdirect2u will not be held responsible for any return or refund of any equipment ordered/purchased.

Except in the case of faulty goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to pumpsdirect2u at your own cost including shipping, storage, transportation, import VAT, unloading, craneage and all associated costs.

The goods must be returned to the address as shown on the returns form. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged or the box defaced in any way in the meantime or whilst in transit. In the case of faulty goods pumpsdirect2u shall, after receiving notification, will ask you to return the goods at your own cost.

Once you have notified pumpsdirect2u that you are cancelling the contract, pumpsdirect2u will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Except in the case of faulty goods, if you do not return the goods as required, pumpsdirect2u may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 of our terms and conditions will not apply in the following circumstances: -

in the event that the product has been used, or any products that has been made or has been customised specifically for you, or has been ordered through a third party especially for the customer, or has been ordered for, and paid for by us, using an UK based or overseas third party supplier who in turn forwards the goods onto you on our behalf using their own designated shipping company or has been shipped to pumpsdirect2u for pumpsdirect2u to ship it onto you, in any case a 50% restocking charge will apply no exceptions.

Returns

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from pumpsdirect2u. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

In all instances of a return, please contact us first.

If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email to sales@pumpsdirect2u.com before we have dispatched the goods to you, a 50% restocking charge will apply;or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 of our terms and conditions. 
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time (exceptions apply), within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and a 50% restocking charge will apply. In the case of goods returned to Pumpsdirect2u from outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for the shipping, storage, transportation, import VAT, unloading, crainage and all associated costs up until the goods reach Pumpsdirect2u designated storage facility. Pumpsdirect2u will not be held responsible/liable for any of the above costs until the goods reach us here in the UK in the same condition/packaging as they were sold to you in, no exceptions. All returns MUST be made in writing to us with 10 days of receipt of your goods, email, phone call, Skype, txt, Facebook, twitter or any other social media outlet will not be accepted or allowed. Failure to let Pumpsdirect2u know within the 10 days period will allow your returns policy to become null and void therefore Pumpsdirect2u will not be held responsible for any return or refund of any equipment ordered/purchased.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, simply refuse the delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated)
